When to involve us? The short answer to this one is probably earlier than you think. Many clients find it very useful to talk to us soon after they have planning permission, as we are able to help them see what it possible and help formulate ideas. We would start doing detailed designs a bit further down the track – usually 2-3 months prior to either electrical first fix or the Under Floor Heating (UFH) going in, whichever is the sooner.

If you’ve left it a bit later than this we can usually turn plans around very quickly to fit in with build timings, but obviously some decisions will have already been taken on the project which may then constrain some other choices.
